Key Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed program plan including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  
• Monitor the progress of the program and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  
• Prepare and present program updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  
• Analyze and report on program performance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications/skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 6+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Have experience with Agile framework, Safe Agile, Java, and front-end technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Experience in fostering teamwork and collaboration within diverse groups.
